PAN, FAN 潘藩
PAN Fan, is famouse Chinese flower and bird painter from Guangzhou in China. He was passionate about Chinese classic painting and calligraohy since he was a child. He studied Chinese painting and art history with many famous teachers from the Guangdong Institute of Literature and History and other Chinses painting masters.
He focuses on sketching. The painting amateurs felt a sense of elegance from his works because most of inspirations came from nature. After his art works are often exhibited in China and around the world, he gained many awards and great reputation all over the world. Many his art works have been collected by individual and some art organizations. He is currently the Executive Vice President of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Institute of Canada, the Vice President of the Canadian China New Time Cultural Economic Promotion Association, and the Vice President of the Canadian Chinese Culture and Art Association.
潘藩，廣州人，中國花鳥畫家。自幼喜愛丹青墨韻，並得到廣東省文史研究館多位名師的指導，研習中國繪畫及藝術史論等。後又師從著名畫家劉昌潮先生，為王個簃和潘天壽先生的再傳弟子，更常得到中山大學教授陳永正先生和著名學者王貴忱先生的指導。其繪畫多取法於任伯年及吳昌碩，並上追青藤白陽，以及八大山人乃至揚州八怪等。平素多重視寫生，提昌從大自然中吸取養分，其畫作清新雋雅，作品常在中國以及世界各地展出，廣受好評，獲獎眾多，並被廣大的藝術愛好者及各藝術機構所收藏。現為加拿大中國國家書畫院常務副院長，加拿大中國新時代文化經貿促進會副會長，加拿大中華文化藝術總會副會長。
