曾美貞在90年代開始了她的繪畫之旅，她曾師從溫哥華的幾位老師，包括司徒乃鍾先生陳蘊化先生。憑藉不同的表達風格，她的創造力靈感來自於大自然。我的作品通常不僅表達形象，也表達情感。這些年她加入了幾個繪畫藝術組織，曾在溫哥華擔任華裔加拿大藝術家聯合會主任，現在是CAAC溫哥華的主任。
她曾參加國際畫廊的中國畫筆展示和不同的藝術講座，現在在中橋互助會教授中國水彩畫。她的佳作“掛在松樹上”由溫哥華島的地區藝術委員會選出，目前正在科莫克斯山谷機場展出。
Betty Hung started her painting journey in the 90’s, I took lessons from different masters in Vancouver including Mr. Nigel Szeto and Mr. James Tan. With different styles of expression, my inspiration for my creativity come from nature. My works are usually not only expressing the image and also emotions
I joined several painting art organizations during these years, had been the director of Chinese Canadian Artists Federation in Vancouver, and now is the director of CAAC Vancouver.
I Participated in demonstrations of Chinese brush painting at International Gallery and different art lectures, now teaching at Chinese watercolor painting at S.U.C.C.E.S.S. in Vancouver.
My work “Hanging out on Pine tree” is selected by Regional Art Council in Vancouver Island, currently displaying in Comox Valley Airport.
