Inquiry for Auction of Collectables
委託拍賣簡介
The International Arts Gallery provides services in two ways:
A) General Service:
Each year the major auction houses will come to our gallery for collection of auction items for the Spring and Autumn auctions. They shall have separate sessions for paintings and other collectables, and proceed with authentication, collection and placement for auction. We shall post out the date and time in our web-page and through other media to help to book appointments. The contract for auction shall be negotiated between the customers and the auction house specialists. We shall not involve in the contract and not to charge any fee from the customers.
B) Special Service
If a customer wishes to retain our gallery to be his/her special agent to identify and negotiate with auction houses for completion of auction and related matters, our gallery will sign a service contract with the customers and arrange with suitable auction house for the auction. We shall charge our stipulated service fee only after successful auction of the collectables. Terms and conditions of the contract and arrangement shall be agreed between the gallery and the customer.

國際畫廊接受客戶委託拍賣方式分兩部份：
A. 一般服務
每年主要拍賣行都會到國際畫廊進行春季及秋季拍賣藏品的徵集，並為書畫及什項按分類進行鑒定、估價及徵集拍賣。本畫廊會定期在網址及其他渠道通知客戶時間及地點及預約，由客戶及拍行專家探討是否完成拍賣委託，並直接簽約進行，本畫廊不參予協議亦不向客戶收費。
B. 特別委託
如客戶欲特別委託本畫廊為其指定之藏品進行與拍賣行完成簽約安排拍賣及相關事宜，本畫廊可與客戶簽署委託合約，並安排適合之拍賣行拍賣藏品，成功後收取相關客戶之服務費，有關合約內容及安排由雙方協定。
